technical conference organized by the Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) and UNE (Asociación Española de Normalización), where advancements in the digitization of the built environment were discussed.

AMB (the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona) and UNE (UNE – Spanish Association for Standardization) organize a Technical Conference AMB-UNE. This in-person event will bring together leading experts to discuss the standardization and practical applications of Digital Twins and BIM-GIS integration.

on November 20th, coinciding with the International Day of “Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The main purpose of the event was to provide an answer to the following question: “Digital Twins and Geoinformation: Is the Evolution of GIS the Digital Twin?”
